EXTRA! EXTRA! BBQ, Bullseyes, and Big News at the Bus!
Oldham, it’s time to steady your hand and sharpen your aim. We’ve been keeping a secret under our hats, and the smoke is finally clearing. We are officially throwing open the doors to our brand-new Interactive Darts Experience right here at the Old School BBQ Bus!
We know you come for the slow-cooked brisket and the fall-off-the-bone ribs, but now you can pair that legendary smokehouse flavour with a bit of friendly competition. Whether you’re a seasoned gunslinger at the oche or a total greenhorn, our high-tech lanes handle all the scoring for you – leaving you more time to focus on your footwork and your food.
Fuel the Showdown: This Month’s Highlights
A true outlaw never plays on an empty stomach, and our pitmasters have been busy firing up some serious heat to keep you in the game. Before you step up to the line, why not tuck into one of our current favourites?
- The Pitmaster Sharer (£37.95): The ultimate feast for you and your posse.
- Korean Pork Belly Tray (£27.95): Slow-cooked, sticky, and packed with a kick.
- Korean BBQ Chicken Burger (£16.50): The perfect pre-game fuel.

The Stakes
Ready to take aim? Here is the lay of the land for your next visit to the ranch:
- The Bounty: Just £10 per person.
- The Shift: Each session gives you one hour of non-stop action.
- The Posse: Minimum of 2 players, maximum of 8 per lane.
Claim Your Territory
Don’t be left standing out in the dust. The interactive darts area is the hottest new addition to Hollinwood, and lanes are being claimed faster than a gold strike in the hills.
To make a real session of it, we recommend booking a table to tuck into our low-and-slow classics before or after your game. While you play, you can keep your aim steady with a signature cocktail from our Old School BBQ selection. From classic kicks to our own house specialities, we’ve got the perfect liquid courage to pair with your bullseyes.
Whether you’re planning a legendary night out with your most trusted deputies or a competitive showdown with the team, don’t risk missing out. Secure your spot at the oche in advance to ensure your lane is ready and the drinks are flowing the moment you hit the saloon.
Ready to show ’em what you’re made of? Don’t wait for the dust to settle – pick your time, gather the gang, and stake your claim below.
